#### **Join Our Team** Deaconess Health System is seeking a **Talent Development Specialist** to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the development of a culture of continuous learning, growth, skill enhancement, and employee engagement across the organization. The Talent Development Specialist supports the health system across **three states** , partnering with leaders and stakeholders from diverse disciplines. In addition to our robust healthcare and retirement plans, we offer: * Onsite children's care centers (Infant through Pre‑K) * Tuition reimbursement * Free access to fitness centers * Career advancement opportunities * Competitive pay with yearly opportunities for pay increases and bonuses #### **Job Overview** * Design, develop, and deliver training programs and learning initiatives for employees at all levels of the organization * Facilitate corporate training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning platforms * Support leadership development initiatives for managers and high‑potential employees * Assist with the design and implementation of performance management processes aligned with organizational goals and values * Facilitate bi‑weekly new hire orientation sessions to introduce employees to organizational culture, policies, and expectations * Collaborate with department leaders and HR partners to align talent development initiatives with strategic and operational needs * Utilize talent development technologies to enhance learning, engagement, and program effectiveness * Support employee engagement and inclusion initiatives that foster growth, participation, and retention #### **What You Will Do** * Create and implement training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives * Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions for audiences ranging from small groups to large‑scale sessions * Develop and support leadership development programs * Partner with stakeholders to assess development needs and recommend learning solutions * Leverage learning management systems, survey tools, performance management software, succession planning tools, and content creation platforms * Support continuous improvement of talent development processes and programs * Promote an inclusive and development‑focused workplace culture #### **What You Will Need** * Bachelor's degree required * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Educational Technology, Business, or related field preferred * 3-5 years of experience in public speaking, training, facilitation, or talent development * Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills * Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles * Strong organizational and collaboration skills #### **Other Keywords** Talent Development Specialist, Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Training Facilitation, Public Speaking, Learning Management Systems, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Healthcare HR, Workforce Development, Deaconess Health System
