As a team member, you help fulfill our mission to make life better here for our community.The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for creating and executing strategies that result in operational and organizational excellence, and an exceptional Caregiver experience. Responsibilities include the design and execution of strategies focusing on Workforce Development and Planning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Wellbeing and Customer Service to Caregivers and HR Compliance. The CHRO is responsible for developing strategies that will align Human Resources functions with business objectives.
