OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. This role involves applying effective problem‑solving techniques to plan and perform electrical service work. The ideal candidate will repair electrical circuitry through component replacement or renewal and will diagnose and correct faulty electrical circuits to ensure safe, reliable operation of all equipment. ResponsibilitiesApply effective problem‑solving methods to plan and perform electrical service tasksRepair electrical circuitry through component replacement or renewalTroubleshoot and correct faulty electrical circuits to maintain continuous electrical service for all equipmentPrevent system failures by ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance programs are properly established and functioningPerform monthly emergency generator load exercises in accordance with DNV and DFS requirementsCollaborate with contractors on construction projects, inspect completed work for deficiencies, and report findings to the supervisorWork within the limits and standards established by building codes, blueprints, and technical specificationsPerform effectively under emergency conditions, maintaining safety and reliability during urgent electrical situations QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred; technical training or equivalent experience acceptedAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with State Electrical Codes and applicable regulations2 to 5 years of electrical experience requiredValid North Carolina driver’s license with a strong driving record
