Position HighlightsDepartment: The Mayer CenterHours: Full-Time/40 hoursShift: Days, 1st ShiftPosition Summary:A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill-acquisition and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children/youth with Autism and related developmental disabilities.
