Position HighlightsDepartment: DietaryHours: 24.00 per week
Position SummaryUnder the supervision of the Food Production supervisor, prepares, seasons, cooks, portions and serves food for Hospital patients, employees and visitors, including catered functions.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent required within two years of hire.Additional education from technical school specializing in hotel, restaurant or institutional cooking (is preferred). Minimum of one year of institutional cooking experience. Ability to read/write/speak in English.
