This role blends technical expertise, workflow understanding, and project leadership to create reliable and efficient Epic solutions for clinical partners.Work involves analyzing business processes, identifying system needs, designing application solutions, leading cross departmental discussions, and translating requests into functional and technical requirements. This position handles complex initiatives, conducts impact assessments, supports testing and integration, and collaborates closely with clinical and operational leaders.The Remote Sr Epic Application Coordinator – Professional Billing also mentors Application Coordinators and System Analysts, brings creative problem solving to challenging issues, and helps lead the implementation of new functionality.
