**PRN Patient Service Specialist needed for our Valley Ortho Clinic!** **GENERAL OBJECTIVES:** 1. Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties. 2. Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule. 3. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner. **Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.** **QUALIFICATIONS:** Education: * High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: * Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills * Bilingual preferred * Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills Experience: * Two years in a reception or clerical field. * We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
