Department: LR-Home Health Speech Therapy
Shift: Day
Working Hours: M-F 8 am to 430 pm
Hours are flexible, this can be a part-time position if needed
Summary:
Baptist Health Home Health Occupational Therapist provides, manages, and coordinates occupational therapy services for a caseload of patients.
Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. The Occupational Therapist III has one year experience. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served, mentor staff and students and active in QA/ performance improvement activities.
Other information:
Minimum of one year experience. Experience demonstrating proficiency in treating the HH patient population, CPR certification. Licensed as an OT by the Arkansas State Medical Board. OTR or registry eligible occupational therapist. BS, MS, MOT, or DOT graduate of an AOTA-accredited OT curriculum program.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
