Summary:
Provides Pastoral Care in a manner that exemplifies the Baptist Health Mission, beliefs, and values while implementing the department's mission statement for all age groups of patients, physicians, students, and employees.

Other information:

1. Master of Divinity Degree or its equivalent from an accredited seminary
2. Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education preferred
3. Membership in a Baptist Church in Arkansas
4. Two years ministry experience preferred.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
