Summary:

Baptist Health Home Health Speech Therapist provides, manages, and coordinates speech therapy services for a caseload of patients.

Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. The Staff Therapist III has one year experience. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served, mentor staff and students and active in QA/ performance improvement activities.

Other information:

Minimum of one year experience with BH. Experience demonstrating proficiency in treating the HH patient population, CPR certification. Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-language Hearing Association. Licensed by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
