Job Description
Under the direct supervision of Director and Assistant Director of Environmental Services, the storeroom aide is responsible for preparing supply orders for the Environmental Services Aide, as well as conducts weekly inventory of supplies. Once weekly, prepares orders supply request and submits to purchasing. Daily washes and dries mops/dust mops/window treatments and cubicle curtains for the department by utilizing department washer and dryer. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to lift minimum of 25lbs. Completion of 10th grade or Three to six months (3-6) of experience in environmental services in a hospital setting.
